Our practice is based in the beautiful downland of rural Oxfordshire, between Wantage and Faringdon. Enjoy your treatment surrounded by idyllic countryside, the rustle of trees and our resident flock of Pedigree Suffolk Sheep.
We want your visit to be stress-free, so we've got plenty of free, on-site parking.

No matter what your activity level, you could benefit from regular treatment. You wouldn't expect a car to run smoothly without regular inspection and care! The same is true of our hardworking bodies.
We are happy to offer routine or maintenance appointments at intervals to suit you. This allows us to locate issues whilst they are easily reversible, with the aim of keeping you pain-free - what is Your Optimum?
As you can tell from our location, our background is in farming. We understand the demands placed on our bodies by a physical job, and the importance of being able to keep working. Whether you work in the rural sector, construction or manufacturing, regular treatment could benefit you and your ability to carry out your job, particularly long-term.
Having been a Para-Dressage coach for more than ten years, Faye has a wealth of knowledge around disability, rehabilitation, and tailoring treatment plans to each individual, no matter what your level of mobility.
We never charge more for patients who require longer appointments due to reduced mobility. In some cases, we are able to offer home-visits to people unable to get to the practice. In this instance, please Contact Us.
